What do you dream about? A fancy car, house, a decent job? Of course, you may dream about a lot more, good and dreadful things as well.
Then why do we dream? Dreams are pathways to our subconscious brain. Dreams have the power to remove painful emotional feelings resulting in daily life experiences, also dreams help us to learn and improve ourselves.
"Dreams allow you to fulfill your wishes."-Sigmund Freud.
Imagine some beautiful places you wish to visit maybe you can't or you can afford to imagine but you can't make it real in your life.
When you sleep you kind of travel to wonderful places. You envision wonderful fascinating things you fore imagined and some are by chance revealed.

Mostly, intense dreams are associated with the REM period when sleeping, though a person can dream at any period of sleep. REM is a kind of sleep that occurs at intervals during the night and is characterized by rapid eye movements, more dreaming and bodily movement, and faster pulse and breathing.
Do you unveil yourself to the nature of imagination related to dreams? Do you see what is possible?
"The interpretation of dreams is the royal road to a knowledge of the unconscious activities of the mind". Sigmund Freud
You are the possibility, means of possibility since everything is by chance the probability of anything to become into existence of reality.
Where is your strength?
The way to strengthen imagination and dreams is by seeing, hearing, tasting, feeling, touching, and trying.
Trying is done to prove the reality and become an agent of change by fulfilling the vision of your dream.
"Dreams are put in place to correct an imbalance in the psyche".Carl Jung
Trying to become part of tomorrow, the time when you may witness the real world of imagination.
We often try to memorize our dreams after waking up. Also, some of us frequently write down interesting thoughts when we wake up from dreaming.

Dreams and everyday life have shared common characteristics that provide clues as to how our consciousness functions.
When in dreams, we experience an awesome circumstance: the power of the mind to turn pure information into a dynamic multidimensional reality. During dreams and waking hours, we form space and time, not simply run within it like a personality in a video game.
We desire and write our dreams with imagination. We fantasize our lives with dreams and meanings beyond our reach and awareness. We evolve through dreams and live through reality to the future.
Imagination and dreams allow us to:
- Solve problems. REM sleep has the power to strengthen a person's memories. Making a mindset that can allow us to come up with solutions to difficult problems.
- Stay well.
“It’s said that time heals all wounds, but my research suggests that time spent in dream sleep is what heals” Dr. Matthew Walker
- Reflect our behavior.
- Prepare for the future.
- Unlocking secrets to the unknown.
- Discovering meaning and purpose in life.
"When you imagine it's when you dream big:Be confident in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you've imagined." -Henry David Thoreau
- One of the greatest scientists Albert Einstein woke up on a spring morning with the special theory of relativity.
- Alexander Graham Bell dreamt of the phone before he went on to invent it.
When you have time to live you have the opportunity and power to imagine and dream for change, as well as to become an agent of change, also witness a change, or pass on your wonderful dream to the next generation.
